1. Please contact our technical team within 60 days of purchasing and let us know what exactly you wish to be returned, why they are being returned and whether you need an exchange or simply a return. Returns without an exchange will be charged a re-stocking / returns carriage fee of £8.00.  Exchanges are free and all we need to know is what style, colour and size you require.  Styles of higher value than the original order will have the difference invoiced to you.

2. A pre-paid returns label will be generated and emailed to you.  This email will detail the next steps of the process.

3. Print out the label and attach it to the box that your shoes were delivered in.  Ensuring that the shoes are inside the box, please ensure that the package is securely fastened.  Please take the box to your local post office.  You will receive a receipt for the returned parcel.  Track and trace information will be available via at all times.

4. The return may take up to 10 working days to reach the warehouse.  On receipt of the shoes at the warehouse, a credit will be raised against your account less the administration / returns carriage charge of £8.00 unless of course you have arranged for a free exchange.  At this point therefore, your exchange pair will be sent to you which could take an additional 3-5 working days to reach you.

Free Exchanges & Easy Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your shoes, we will gladly take them back for an exchange or refund within 60 days of purchase. Simply email us at and indicate if you would like a Free Exchange or an Easy Return Refund. We will arrange for a pre-paid label to be sent to you as detailed above so that they can be posted back at your convenience.  All we ask is that they be returned within the 60 day returns period. Please return your shoes to us unsoiled and in its original packaging with their tags still in place.

Free Exchanges

Please select a new style or size via any of the amazing SFC styles within the same price level and we will quickly ship your new shoes to you at NO CHARGE. You can exchange the size or colour via the same style or select another suitable style at the same price.  Exchanging items of a higher value will be invoiced to you.

Easy Returns

When requesting a refund only, we will arrange for the pre-paid postage label to be emailed to you. We will ensure full refund of your purchase less £8.00 administration and returns carriage fee per shipment (maximum of 4 pairs). We will use the same method of payment that was initially used, where possible, to process your refund.


You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day:

a) in the case of a sales contract: on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods;

b) in the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the consumer in one order and delivered separately: on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good;

c) in the case of a contract relating to delivery of a good consisting of multiple lots or pieces: on which you acquire or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last lot or piece;

d) in the case of a contract for regular delivery of goods during a defined period of time: on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the first good.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.


If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.

You shall send back the goods to Shoes for Crews (Europe) Ltd. C/o Geodis Logistics Netherlands B.V. Columbusweg 33A, 5928 LA Venlo, Trade Port West 9039 The Netherlands without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If you utilize the services provided by SFCE, you agree that- the charge will be 8 GBP for up to 4 pairs, deducted from your refund. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristic and functioning of the goods.

What is the online returns policy for SFC?

You can return or exchange items bought online within 60 days of receiving them. Exchanges are only valid for the same item in a different colour or size or same price range unless agreed in advance. The footwear is required to be returned clean, unworn with all the correct tags still in place & attached. 

When will I receive my new pair of shoes?

Your new pair of shoes (the Exchange) will be sent to you once the returned shoes have been received and checked at the SFCE Warehouse, it should take a maximum of ten (10) working days to return the product then up-to five (5) days to ship the new shoes to you. 

How do I make a return?

You can organise a return by emailing or by contacting Shoes For Crews directly and providing them with the information provided on the original delivery note.

How do I pack the shoes for return?

Ensure that the product has been carefully packed in its original SFCE packaging and placed into one parcel for dispatch by post. Please pack the shoes in a parcel and include the original proof of purchase /receipt, ensure you keep the reference number from your proof of purchase and all relevant instructions. SFCE cannot accept any liability for improper packing, or if the consignment is sent in more than one parcel. Please contact the Green Footprints UK customer service team if it is not possible to send the consignment in one parcel.

How do I print returns label?

Once you have requested a returns or exchange with us, you will be sent an email from Shoes For Crews with a link to generate and print your label. Alternatively you can call the SFCE Customer Service Team on 0044 2035 149347 Please ensure that all the details on the return label are clearly legible and that they are not smeared. The return label can be re-printed if there was an issue printing the original. Should you have an issue printing your label please contact the SFCE Customer Service Team on + 44 2035 149347

What if I can’t print my Return label?

If you don’t have access to a printer, SFCE can process your return label and send it to you by post. Please give the SFC Customer Service Team a call on + 44 2035 149347 and we will arrange post of the label to your address. If you do get access to a printer in the meantime, you can also email the return confirmation to a friend or work colleague who can also print the return label for you. 

How do I post my parcel?

Cut out the return label, following the lines indicated. Then stick it securely on the front of the parcel in the bottom right-hand corner ensuring that it will not detach during shipment.


Take the completed parcel to your nearest Post Office. This service is free of charge; do not put postage on the parcel or pay any fees!
