Rock Fall Returns Policy


 If the item is damaged, please provide photographs of the inside tongue of the footwear as well as the damage that is being reported. Email this to: and indicate whether you are looking for a replacement pair or a refund.

We shall then endeavour to arrange for a replacement or refund from the manufacturer who handle the returns.

The manufacturer may ask for any damaged items to be posted to them for further inspection.  If this is the case, you will be notified of the next steps.



 If, after ordering the items you decide that you no longer want them for any reason other than them being damaged or a stocking issue i.e. the wrong item has been sent to you, please inform us at:

We shall then provide you with the details that you need for returning the unwanted item or items.

Please note that all costs are incurred by yourself unless the product is faulty.  There is also a 10% restocking fee for unwanted items as charged by the Manufacturer as all returned items are sent directly to the manufacturer and not ourselves in accordance with their Terms & Conditions.
