• How long is the warranty? 5 year warranty on parts and for three years the labour is covered for repair. • What is Microban? Microban is an antibacterial product injected into the plastic. It helps prevent bacterial build up.
• What is Gel? The Zero Smell gel is an odour neutralizer. The optional Gel pack can be inserted into the removable container inserted into the bottom of the dryer. The gel treats the majority of smell nuisances found in the restroom.
• How often do I empty the tank? The Veltia Dryer has an audible alarm and a light that warns you if the tank should get nearly full. Under regular use it could take one, two or three weeks. Empting once a week and cleaning it during regular maintenance is a good idea.
• How much maintenance is required? Weekly cleaning should be performed, a quick wipe down with soap and water and empty and rinse the water collection tank.
